Scottish Wildcat seen in Foyers

There was excitement at Glenlia Farm in Foyers this week, near Cameron's Cottage, when a rare Scottish Wildcat was seen walking down the Farm road with the Farm cat, Lucy. It has been 20 years since the last wildcat was seen on the farm. Scottish Wildcats are extremely rare these days. There is a big 5 year action plan currently underway by Scottish Natural Heritage to try and conserve the last of the Scottish wildcat.
