The hostel has a variety of room types including 4-bed & 6-bed dorms, doubles, twins, triples, and family rooms, all with private bathroom facilities. The modern and super-comfy bunks have private reading lights and power points, and all linen is provided free of charge.

Other facilities include a drying room, laundry service, free wifi, toys, games, book swap and the famous red piano!

The friendly and welcoming team can assist with arranging local activities, including the on-site bike hire and boat trips on Loch Ness, as well as advising on day trips and other activities available in the area. There are excellent cheap meal options, from a buffet style budget breakfast to delicious home-cooked evening meals using local produce. There is also 24 hour access to the self-catering kitchen and free tea & coffee facilities.

The rustic bothy-style bar offers a superb range of local beers and single malts, has a cosy log fire for the colder winter nights, and regular live entertainment.

ACCOMMODATION
We make every effort to host you in the accommodation of your choice however due to the nature of our business, we may have to alter the accommodation stated on your confirmation.

BOOKINGS
Any deposits, paid either directly to Morag?s Lodges Ltd or through one of our affiliate web sites are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to change or cancel your booking we require that you do so in writing (via email) no less than 48 hours prior to arrival. A 10% of total fee deposit may be retained by Morag?s Lodge to cover administration costs. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at the full rate for the first nights? accommodation for each member of your party using the card details provided at the time of the booking. Failure to check in on the booked date of arrival will incur charge to your credit card of the full amount of the first nights accommodation for all non-arriving guests and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. Extended Stay Bookings (longer than three consecutive nights) and Group Bookings (more than 10 people) fall under the ?Group Cancellation Policy?.

PAYMENT
All nights of accommodation must be paid for on arrival in full and is non-refundable. Morag?s Lodge reserves the right to charge a fee in relation to payments made by credit card.


OPENING HOURS & CHECK-IN
Our check in time is from 4.00pm. Reception closes between 2pm & 4pm daily. If you arrive late please check-in at our bar. Please note we operate
reduced reception hours in winter. If you arrive and reception is closed you will find a welcome letter with your key and directions to your room and our facilities. Please also note that during winter our bar and evening meal service is on offer on Mon, Tue, Fri & Sat only. Please also note that during winter our breakfast service is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday only unless by prior arrangement.
